By default, your phone blocks the reception of push notifications. In order to allow this feature, it is required that you open your phone's settings and allow the appropriate permissions to MyVizito's app.

The detailed steps is described below. Please read the section relative to your phone's brand :
Huawei (EMUI 5.0 and newer / Android 7 and newer)
Step 1 (may suffice) : Go to settings > Apps and Notifications > Notifications Management > MyVizito > MyVizito Event/Shop/Restaurant/Visit > Check everything (especially Prioritised Notifications)

Step 2: settings --> apps --> advanced --> ignore battery optimizations, select the app and ignore it.

Step 3: settings --> notification panel & status bar --> notification center, select the app, then activate "allow notifications" and also "priority display".
Huawei (EMUI 4 and less / Android 6 and less)
Go to Settings > "Protected apps", check your app
Sony
Tap on the battery icon. Go to Power Management > STAMINA mode > Apps active in standby > Add your app.
Asus
Check your app in the Auto-start Manager : If you don't find it on the desktop, open the "Mobile Manager" app > Permission > Auto-start manager
Xiaomi, Redmi
Step 1: Open Security (App) > Permissions > Autostart - Enable your app

Step 2: Open Settings > Developer Options. Disable "memory optimization". To enabled Developer Options go to Settings > About. Tap on MIUI 8 times.
Oppo
Open Settings > "Security settings" > "Data saving" and enable your app.
Samsung
Step 1: Disable battery usage optimizations Open Settings > Apps > tap on the three-dot menu icon on the upper-right corner > Special Access > Optimize battery usage > Apps not optimized > All apps > Uncheck MyVizito.

Step 2: Make sure notifications are turned on for your app Open Settings > Apps > Select MyVizito > Notifications > App notifications > Switch to on
OnePlus
Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Optimization > MyVizito > Don't Optimize
